PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
The PRODUCT MANAGEMENT business unit is an integrative and cross-departmental functional unit within DFL Sports Enterprises and is responsible for optimizing the coordination of all production-related marketing activities along the entire value-added chain. Product Management has the following core tasks:
- Product marketing
- Project planning and coordination
- Market research
- Interface function vis-à-vis partners, host broadcasters, licensees, TV stations, clubs, media agencies, etc.
- Intercommunication of business units
- Customer service and after-sales service
- Sales-oriented marketing and sales communication
- Organization of international events, friendly matches, training camps, exhibitions, etc.
