PRODUCT MANAGEMENT


The PRODUCT MANAGEMENT business unit is an integrative and cross-departmental functional unit within DFL Sports Enterprises and is responsible for optimizing the coordination of all production-related marketing activities along the entire value-added chain. Product Management has the following core tasks:

  • Product marketing
  • Project planning and coordination
  • Market research
  • Interface function vis-à-vis partners, host broadcasters, licensees, TV stations, clubs, media agencies, etc.
  • Intercommunication of business units
  • Customer service and after-sales service
  • Sales-oriented marketing and sales communication
  • Organization of international events, friendly matches, training camps, exhibitions, etc.
